Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver across Greater Accra and to other regions of Ghana. Delivery fees and estimated times are shown at checkout before you pay.

1. Delivery areas and times

Times start once payment is confirmed. Items not in stock or made to order will show a longer lead time on the product page.

2. Large and heavy items

Vanities, tiles and other bulky items are delivered kerbside or to the ground floor. Carrying items upstairs or into the room may cost extra; please ask before ordering. Make sure there is clear access for the delivery vehicle.

3. Receiving your order

An adult must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. Please inspect items, especially fragile ceramics, glass and mirrors, before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery note and report it within [48 hours] as set out in our Returns and Refund Policy.

4. Failed or missed deliveries

We will call before delivery. If no one is available or the address is incorrect, a re-delivery fee of [GHS amount] may apply.

5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, supplier delays or other events outside our control. We will keep you informed and you may cancel for a full refund if a delay becomes unreasonable.
