These Terms and Conditions govern your use of buildtiquegh.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

This website is operated by Buildtique Limited, a company registered in Ghana, located at GM-098-6438, Adenta, Greater Accra. Contact us at info@buildtiquegh.com.

2. Products and descriptions

We sell bathroom vanities, tiles, sinks, washbasins, faucets, showers, mixers, mirrors and kitchen sinks. We try to show colours, finishes and dimensions accurately. Natural variation in tiles and stone, and differences between screens, mean the delivered product may vary slightly from images. Please check dimensions before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We accept [Mobile Money, debit/credit cards and bank transfer]. Your order is confirmed only once payment is received in full. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing an affected order.

4. Orders and availability

All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will offer a replacement, a new delivery date or a full refund. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where we suspect fraud.

5. Delivery

Delivery is covered in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.

6. Returns and refunds

7. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty where one applies. Warranties do not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, harsh cleaning chemicals or normal wear. We recommend installation by a qualified plumber or tiler.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Ghanaian law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect losses, installation or labour costs, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Use of the website

You may not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content, images or design without our written permission. All content on buildtiquegh.com belongs to Buildtique Limited or its licensors.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Ghana.
